S’Hertogenbosch, in the Dutch province of North Brabant, has a lot of notable features, including the inner canal of Binning-Dieze, from which we hail the town today. This charming town, commonly known as Den Bosch,, was home to Hieronymous Bosch, painter of bizarre nightmares. I would like to talk to Hieronymous, ask him something like “What were you thinking?!” but unfortunately he has been dead for 500 years
