People come from everywhere to visit the Holy Well of St. Brigid. I am not a pilgrim, nor do I believe in the power of saints. As a respectful gesture to those who do, I wouldn’t cheapen the Holy Well by even entering its Most visitors do go in, though – there are reminders of their sojourns and the healing they experienced at the well stacked all around this shrine.
